Designed on a master plan by Herzog & de Meuron, the tower sets residential floors above a commercial podium that opens into Moscow's dense urban fabric. The ground-floor strategy connects tower residents with the public, making the city's newest landmark a destination for all.

Interior design for the typical residential units brings the same precision and refinement found in the tower's architecture into everyday living spaces. Each unit layout was carefully developed to maximize spatial efficiency, natural light, and comfort for future residents.

The tower aligns with the Moscow City district's skyline to anchor urban density and contemporary presence in Presnensky. Where premium residential living opens to commercial and civic life at street level, transforming a single tower into a living piece of the city.
